Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for generating new sales pipeline through inbound and outbound channels? Do you have an interest in deep-tech products? QuantWare is seeking a skilled and motivated Business Development Representative  to join our team. In this role, you will be directly impacting the revenue of the company by generating new sales pipeline through inbound and outbound strategies. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lead-to-pipe lifecycle, ensuring a continuous and healthy pipeline of new business opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Sales: Proactively research target accounts, generate new leads through cold calling, email, social and generate outbound pipe..

  • Inbound Sales: Quickly act on the incoming requests and convert to pipe.

  • Lead Management: Promptly manage and follow up on inbound leads, converting them into qualified opportunities.

  • Deal Closure: While your primary responsibility will be pipe creation, you may be given an  opportunity to work on the fast track deals..

  • Relationship Building: Represent QuantWare at events to engage with potential and existing customers and partners, building strong relationships.

  • Customer Feedback: Actively gather and relay customer and product feedback to improve our offerings.

  • Collaborative Work: Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships teams to drive the pipeline and achieve collective goals.

Job requirements


While we understand the perfect candidate might not exist, if you check most of the boxes below, we’d love to hear from you:

  • Educational Background: At least a bachelor’s degree.

  • B2B Sales Experience: Preferably in IT hardware or scientific equipment.

  • Proven Track Record: Experience in generating pipeline and closing 6-figure and 7-figure deals.

  • Hands-On Mentality: Willing to execute responsibilities across the company.

  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Location: Based in the Netherlands and willing to travel.

  • Motivated: Passionate about making an impact in the world of quantum computing.
