As Sales Manager, you are responsible for crafting and executing QuantWare's commercial strategy. You understand what it takes to get our product further into the market and it's your focus and dedication that fuel the exponential growth of our customer base. You maximise the effectiveness of our commercial team through your hands-on leadership, expanding the team in alignment with our company's growth.
Your responsibilities include:
identifying and following up (business) opportunities for our quantum computing products;
establishing and refining sales processes, implementing marketing strategies, and enhancing customer success initiatives;
traveling to conferences and clients, coordinating commercial events, and maintaining communication with our CEO, CPO, and Product Managers to enhance our products.
QuantWare is the world's leading supplier of superconducting quantum hardware. Our mission is to accelerate the advent of the quantum computer. To succeed in this role, you have:
demonstrable B2B experience within a dynamic organisation, e.g. a start-up/scale-up;
a track record of successful deal closures;
proven experience in sales management, showcasing your ability to elevate a sales team to new heights;
proficiency in both spoken and written English.
