QuantWare is growing, as an HR and people expert you know it's important HR is top of mind. In this role you are going to shape the future of HR within QuantWare. If you are looking for a role in a scale-up environment with strategic, tactical and operational aspects, this could be your next step.

The impact of the role

In this role you are the HR team together with our recruiter. You are the one developing and implementing HR strategies and processes that align with the overall business strategies and will be working closely together with our CEO. But you also don't mind getting your hands dirty with day-to-day work.

What are you going to do?

• Managing employee relations and performance management

• Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations

• Creating and managing employee training and development programs

• Developing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies

• Building and maintaining a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

• Manage employee onboarding, contracts, orientation, and training programs

• Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations

The ideal candidate…

… knows what it is to work and build HR in a scale-up environment and:

• Holds at least a bachelor degree, preferably in Human Resource management

• Has at least 5 years experience in HR (management)

• And Dutch employment law

• (Technical) scale-up experience is a big plus

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Has the ability to build strong relationships with employees and managers at all levels of the organization.
