Our mission is to accelerate the advent of the quantum computer by providing the best performing QPUs and the scaling technology required for them. 

To scale our business to the next level, we’re setting up a world-class sales function and looking for a top-performing Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic team. The BDR will be responsible for generating high-value, qualified sales pipeline by using inbound and outbound channels. What are you going to do?

  • Exceed Targets: Achieve and exceed pipe-gen targets quarter on quarter

  • Outbound Sales: Proactively research target accounts, generate new leads through cold calling, email and social channels

  • Inbound Sales: Quickly qualify the incoming requests and convert to pipe

  • Lead Management: Persistently follow up on the existing leads converting them into qualified opportunities

  • Deal Closure: While your primary responsibility will be pipe creation, you may be given an opportunity to work on the fast track deals

  • Collaborative Work: Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships teams to generate pipeline

Job requirements

What we are looking for

While we understand the perfect candidate might not exist, if you check most of the boxes below, we’d love to hear from you:

  • You have at least a bachelor degree

  • Minimum of 1 year experience working as a BDR in tech sales (preferably in IT hardware or scientific equipment)

  • Experience in generating 3x pipeline and exceeding pipe-gen targets

  • Experience in working at a scaleup

  • A hands-on mentality and happy to execute responsibilities company wide

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Based in the Netherlands and willing to travel

  • Driven to make an impact in the world of quantum computing
